IoT sensor technologies in energy systems generate millions of data points across sub-Saharan Africa. EMAP is designed to mobilise this data and leverage it to empower stakeholders, driving the scale-up and improvement of sustainable energy access. Initially, EMAP\u2019s focus is on usage and payment data from central grids and isolated mini-grids and standalone installations electricity.
